    How It Works

    Simply sign on to comCitibank® Online, go to your account details and click on the view click on the "view image" link, then:

    • You can see your checks online one business day1 after they've been posted to your account
    • Check images are only available for consumer checking accounts2

    1. A business day is any day of the week that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday.
    2. Images are not available for other check-writing accounts such as Money Market, Custom Credit Line, Ready Credit, Home Equity Lines, or Business Checking. Nor are images available for counter checks, teller/bank checks, online bill payment checks, returned checks, or for checks that have received a stop payment request.
